Keratosis Pilaris Natural Treatment Routine has three products that can be interchanged are used in combination to best treat and get rid of the keratin bumps. Begin by applying the Get Dirty Mud Mask on the affected area for 2-20 minutes prior to bathing. A biting, tingly sensation is normal, however some children may be more sensitive, so be prepared to rinse off the mud after a minute if needed. On alternate days, or following the mud application, once rinsed and patted dry, massage the Dead Sea Salt scrub mixed with Dead Sea water onto the affected area in a circular motion, rinse and cleanse with the Get Smooth Exfoliating Bar. Apply the Get Nurtured ointment at night to continue to soften the keratin build up. These will soften and fall off after a couple of treatments. After a few treatments, you should notice the bumps softening and diminishing over time. The treatment works as a natural exfoliant but more importantly the minerals act as a skin conditioner for the healthy functioning of the skin.
